Audience: This workshop is intended for formal 3rd - 8th grade educators of Salem-Keizer Schools. 

Curriculum: Project WILD’s Aquatic WILD guide 

Description: 

This in-person* workshop has a primary  focus on water and water quality education. Activities we will explore are from Project WILD’s Aquatic WILD curriculum (Wetland Wonders & Fishable Waters), Keizer's Adopt a Stream lessons (Water Quality), and the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife's Backyard Bass lesson. Participants are invited to dress in layers as we will be conducting activities indoors and outdoors, and pack a lunch and bring a refillable water bottle. 

This workshop is brought to you by City of Keizer and Oregon Natural Resources Education Program (ONREP) 

Offered at no cost to Oregon Educators. PDUs available. Registration required and will close at 10 AM on Tuesday, August 16th, 2022.
