Curriculum: Focus on Forests

Facilitators: Katie Chipko and Kelly Beck
Description: Join Children’s Forest of Central Oregon partners for a fun and interactive training which provide skills for 6-8th grade teachers to lead effective outdoor educational activities. Teachers will learn natural resource information, inquiry skills, hands-on science activities which align with Next Generation Science Standards, citizen science tools, and tips for group management and logistics for field trips.
