High School teachers will be offered a special follow-up opportunity to bring their students to a day-long forest event in March of 2016.  During the workshop, participants will practice activities from Project Learning Tree and Project WILD that directly tie to the NGSS, explore a new teachers guide and video series that focus on the practices of science, and plan how to implement workshop activities and resources with their students. Participants will get to take home the Project Learning Tree guide or the Project WILD guide (your choice). Lunch will be provided and some travel reimbursement will be provided for those traveling over 50 miles.
