River House Outdoor Center

Primary Geographic Region: Lane County

The City of Eugene River House Outdoor Center is home to the River House Outdoor School. The River House Outdoor School (RHOS) utilizes structured activities to empower and inspire youth and families to explore nature independently. Through a blend of environmental education and outdoor adventures, RHOS provides the opportunity for grades 1-12 to discover the natural world through classroom learning coupled with outdoor field trips, such as rafting, tree climbing, canoeing, hiking and snowshoeing.
