Time:  4:00 p.m. - 6:30  p.m. 

Format: Online, 2.5 hours, plus one hour of pre-work

Audience: 4th - 8th grade educators, formal and non formal 

Curriculum: Project WILD Climate & Wildlife

This workshop will prepare educators to engage their students in two activities related to climate change, habitat and wildlife. Participants will be invited to research and identify a climate-related issue affecting a local habitat then explore potential avenues for student design projects. Participants will have the opportunity to leave this workshop prepared to implement this activity with students.

Registration required. Offered at no cost to formal and nonformal Oregon educators. PDUs available. Substitute reimbursement available on teacher workdays.
