Time: 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., both days 

Format & Length: Online, 6 hours 

Audience: K-12th grade educations, formal and nonformal

Description: Join this collaborative workshop designed to explore, share, and transform teaching practices. Move beyond theory into building actionable strategies that create learning spaces where students can thrive.

During this dynamic convening, you are invited to:

  • Explore how to shift power dynamics and apply this shift to your learning environment education to foster greater student agency.
  • Examine the why and how behind cultivating a culture of belonging where every learner feels valued, seen, and heard.
  • Connect with fellow educators from across Oregon in focused grade-level breakouts to share nature themed lessons and activities, share learnings and receive actionable feedback from peers.

This is a space to reflect, connect, and co-create strategies that honor the diverse identities and strengths of our students. This isn’t just a workshop—it’s a collaborative launchpad for change.
