Come explore outside as we engage in hands-on activities you can do right outside your door. Columbia Soil and Water Conservation District has developed kits that provide materials, suggestions, and extensions from Project Learning Tree K-8 Environmental Education Activity Guide. These kits are available for educators in this district to check out. We will discuss and share lessons learned and strategies that help integrate them into your teaching and learning. In addition, you will get a sneak peek into the next set of kits and provide input for future kits. Participants who attend the entire workshop will receive the Project Learning Tree PreK-8 guide. This workshop is offered at no cost to Oregon educators. Substitute reimbursement and PDUs available.
